I’m onto level two for Jillian Michael’s 30-Day Shred.

I have just finished my third week of the 30-Day Shred. I haven't been able to keep to my goal of five days per week, but I have done a minimum of three days a week and this week I got four days in.

This week I started Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred.

Message from God? Wake-up call? Call it what you will, but someone was trying to tell me something on Friday, and I got the message loud and clear.
But I’m jumping ahead … let me explain.
After walking the Twin Cities Breast Cancer 3-Day last August, I made the decision that, though the cause was most important, I couldn’t bring myself to ask again for donations to meet the 3-Day’s $2,300 required pledge.

I have a birthday coming up. It’s not a milestone – just another year tacked on that moves me further into the 50s.
So what’s a good gift for a person of my advanced age? A bicycle, of course!
